Delete your account

Katana MotoService customers can permanently delete their account and associated garage data.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to Katana MotoService.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email the address below from the email used for your account. Use the subject “Katana MotoService account deletion”. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Request deletion by email

Data removed

Deletion removes the customer profile, motorcycles, appointment records, service history, notifications, motorcycle photos, private documents and invoice files linked to the account. The deletion is permanent.

Workshop and legal records

If Katana Motors is legally required to retain a transaction or accounting record, that record may be retained outside Katana MotoService for the required period. It will no longer be available as an active customer account.
