Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Katana MotoService application and related Digital Garage services provided by Katana Motors LLC (“Katana Motors”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the service

You must provide accurate account and motorcycle information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Digital Garage and workshop information

Katana MotoService helps customers manage motorcycles, request appointments, receive workshop updates, and view records entered by Katana Motors. An appointment request is not accepted until its status is confirmed. A readiness date or time is an estimate and may change if inspection, parts availability, customer approval, or additional work affects the schedule.

Next-service dates and mileage are shown only when explicitly recorded by the workshop. They do not replace the motorcycle manufacturer’s instructions, safety inspections, or professional assessment. Contact Katana Motors if information appears incomplete or incorrect.

Service scope, prices, and invoices

The app may display requested work, completed work, parts, prices, and invoices. Final workshop scope and charges are based on the work authorized and performed. If an app record conflicts with a signed work authorization, tax invoice, or another legally controlling document, that controlling document prevails.

Your content

You may upload motorcycle photos, registration, insurance, warranty, manuals, and other files. You confirm that you have the right to upload this content and that it is lawful and relevant to your motorcycle or requested service. Do not upload malicious files or information belonging to another person without authorization.

QR sharing

A motorcycle owner may create a revocable QR link to a limited shared Digital Garage view. Anyone who receives an active link may view the information included in that shared page without signing in. You are responsible for choosing who receives the link and may revoke it from the app. Private account details, invoices, appointments, and uploaded documents are excluded from the shared view.

Notifications and availability

Notifications and reminders are provided for convenience and may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings, connectivity, or service interruptions. Check the app or contact Katana Motors for important appointment and collection information. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape protected data, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may delete your customer account inside the app or use the instructions on the account-deletion page. Certain accounting or transaction records may be retained separately when required by law.

Intellectual property

Katana MotoService, its branding, interface, and original content belong to Katana Motors or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Responsibility and applicable law

We provide the digital service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Katana Motors is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, third-party services, unavailable networks, or information supplied incorrectly by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes should first be raised with Katana Motors so we can try to resolve them directly.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date below identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another reasonable channel when required.
